I'm no longer locked up into work, so I decided to finally get a drivers license. All of my family moved this month and I'm still planning of moving myself too, so that's gonna make it a whole lot easier to visit them and stay in touch. Speaking of, I also finally came out to my parents! Feels good ☺️

I'll be moving this summer maybe in December if I'm lucky but let's be realistic here
it's gonna be next year 😅 Turns out this is a lot more complicated
since I also own a business, so I need to figure out a bunch of boring tax-related
things first. But a girl still dreams.
Work
The one big thing that's been keeping me busy through July is finally done. I'll be exploring actually being self-employed/owning a business for real this time, and I also finally have time to do open source again 😌
Of course the dream is still to eventually get paid writing Gleam code.
Open Source
Gleepack got released! It's still not done yet, but it works! Please go check it out and figure out when it breaks. Since I've been busy the last few months I feel like it's time to get back into the swing of things and actually finishing and maintaining my existing projects. Maybe there's some major releases do be done soon-ish as well 👀
I'll be at Code BEAM Europe, giving a talk about building real-world Lustre apps, and I'll also attend the next installments of FOSDEM and Gleam Gathering next year, the latter of which I'll try to also talk about weird specific Gleam things again.
Hobbies
I've not had much time at all doing anything other than work recently, so right now I'm trying to change that! I started learning yoga and knitting. I also hope I can get back into doing more creative writing, music making and arts again this year.
